Simply Homemade

We have, today, taken delivery of Issue 1 of Simply Homemade magazine. It has a cover gift of free clear stamps. Articles / projects include sewing, papercrafts, cooking and more. This is a great all round crafting magazine and at £3.99 per issue is brilliant value. Here is a picture of the front cover of issue 1

New La Pashe Releases

We have had such a busy week both with the website and in the shop. A re-stock of tools arrived today along with new plastic storage boxes (12" x 12", A4, A5, A6 and peel off boxes).




We have loaded Set 2 of the Trinitage collection onto the website, these are arriving with us tomorrow (Fri 25th Feb) along with Set 2 Nice & Easel and Set 2 Build a Blossom. The later two will be loaded onto the website tomorrow.

New Decoupage sheets are due in next week along with new magazines from Debbi Moore, Hunkydory and Practical Publishing. We are also expecting packs of bulk cards & envelopes in various sizes both plain and deckle edge.

We will keep you updated with pictures and more information as the new stock arrives. We are also busy making samples for the shop and will be posting images here to give you inspiration and ideas.

Don't forget to email us some pictures of your projects as we enjoy seeing what you have made too. Let us know what you are working on or what your favourite craft is.

New From The Trade Show

WOW, WOW, WOW!!!!!

We had a really busy day yesterday at the NEC, starting at 9am and leaving at 6pm, we did not stop sourcing new products all day. Feet hurting and a suitcase full of catalogues we returned to the hotel. It was well worth it as we hope you will all agree over the next few months.

We have some gorgeous new products arriving at Two Cats Crafts over the next few months. Tell us more we can hear you ask, well here goes.

Arriving over the next couple of weeks will be B-C-E templates, Set 2 of each of the Build-a-Blossom, Trinitage and Nice N Easel collections. New Spellbinders dies, Tim Holtz products, following on will be Fairyopolis from Crafter's Companion, Sheena Douglas Painting System, Popcorn the Bear Decoupage and loads more. We don't want to tell you everything as we want to leave some as a surprise for when you visit the shop or website.

Tim Holtz was doing some fabulous demos and has launched some great new products.



We had a really great chat with Sara and her team from Crafter's Companion. They have really great products being released over the next couple of months.



We watched brilliant demos by Sheena Douglas showing her new stamping and painting techniques. This can be used on everything from candles to tissue boxes, cards to picture frames. Really loving this one.

And here is one last photo from Sunday showing Gary from La Pashe hard at work on their stand.



We hope this was our order he was putting on top of the pile to be processed! We was reliably informed, this was the hardest he had worked all day (only joking Gary, we love you, your team and most importantly your products). Jak Heath was doing some gorgeous demos with the Build a Blossom sheets and showed us some awesome samples.

As the products start arriving you will see demos in store and some classes being held (from March) to show you some new techniques etc.

Well, we need to start loading some of the new products onto the website so kettle is being put on, tea will be made and hopefully some work will get done but........ we can feel an early night approaching to play catchup on some sleep!

Exciting Weekend Ahead

This weekend we are off to the NEC at Birmingham for the UK Trade Show. We will be keeping you uptodate as we go with what we are doing, people we are meeting and some sneaky peaks at some of the new products we will be stocking shortly. We will be closed Monday morning as we are travelling home but will be back for the afternoon. All web orders will be despatched as normal.

Off to pack now, camera and laptop in case.

Gift Box

This morning we made an Anemone Flower from a Build a Blossom sheet by La Pashe (available from our website or in store). As you can see, we have attached it to a gorgeous gift box and finished it off with a length of yellow organza ribbon and a tag from the sheet.



We hope you like it.

There are seven other flower sheets available in the range and 3 flowers per sheet. At 65p per sheet (£5 for the complete set of 8 sheets) these are great value and can be used on a wide range of craft projects.

You are welcome to send us images of your finished projects, and with your permission, we would love to put some on here for others to see.

Shop Update

Just dropped in to let you all know that Payper Box has arrived, is all set up with gorgeous paper & cardstock (rainbow mirri, pearlescent, embossed and more), the wallets are small for £2.99 and large for £5.99. The new till is also installed although programming it with around 10,000 products and learning how to use it is another matter!

Although the shop is looking full and has all your favourites, we are constantly adding new stock to it daily.

Classes will start again in March so keep an eye on the website for a list of those coming up and of course we are always here to demo and advise if required.

Thank you for all your great comments and support, it means so much and we do appreciate it.

Right, back to fighting with the till, its not going to programme itself!

New Shop - Update

Again, another very busy day. Not all stock out but will hopefully finish most of it tomorrow. We are thinking about selling Payper Box paper and card in the plastic wallets, the ones you fill with a selection and pay a fixed amount. Let us know what you think, is it something you would like us to stock?

Here is a new picture of the shop so far as of 5.30 this evening.



As you can see from the picture, there is alot of wall space not filled, don't worry, we have loads of Hunkydory kits, tools, embellishment and lots of other crafting goodies to fill them.

Pictures of New Shop

Well, what a very busy couple of days and its not over yet! We have moved all of the display stands, stock and office plus most importantly the kettle & tea stuff. We have put on here a couple of pictures to show what a mess we are in but....... it is getting better by the minute.





The pictures were taken from opposite ends of the room. The kitchen area is behind the big wooden cupboards. Will post more pictures as we get a bit straighter.

We Are On The Move!

Just dropped in to let you know we are moving to larger premises this weekend, there are boxes and display stands everywhere! Orders placed on the web will still be despatched as normal and we will be open at the new premises for shoppers on Monday, we might even find the kettle!

We will post some pictures of the new shop as soon as we can. You will all see such a difference. Our new address details can be found on the website later today.

Anyway, more packing is required so better go.
